Xpress Pro Tire & Auto Hyde Park Norwood

Very thorough and kind. Even though it seems like “just an oil change” I’ve had a lot of issues with places not putting my splash guard on properly after, not topping up fluids etc. and Xpress Pro was thorough and a great price. They were also kind and not condescending with my concerns when booking. Thank you!

Had a 2018 Yukon XL air-conditioning stop blowing cold air. The desk and service was great explained everything along the way God are all fixed up and sent out. Would recommend this place to anybody probably saved half of what I would’ve spent at a dealer!!

I dropped my car off to get my air conditioning repaired and they noticed a very worn belt. I was told it was very worn but still intact and that later I should get it replaced. They said my air-conditioning is now working beautifully. I asked how much the belt would be and they offered to the place it without the additional labor charge. The cost was reasonable and I feel grateful to drive around without making an appointment later to replace a belt or risk it breaking while I’m driving later on in a year. Thank you So much!

It's interesting that my wife goes to this place and gets a oil change and when she picks it up the battery is dead. I've had this truck for going on 3 years and this has never happened during a oil change when I take it to my regular people. It may be this place or they created a new problem somehow, I don't know but now it died on me 3x since coming to this place. I will not return nor my truck. I don't leave lights on and even the alternator is only a year old. Update: this oil change was done in January, here i am in April and the dip stick is reading very low. Now I have to get another oil change to test if it is my truck or the fact that this company did something wrong like wrong oil or wrong levels. And I am stuck in the middle because nobody is accepting blame. All this trouble since coming to this location. Bad fortune or this company. Terrible
